Das enthaltene Koffein, welches zu den legalen, stimulierenden Substanzen gez\u00e4hlt wird, ersetzt neuro-physiologisch betrachtet, das Adenosin, welches vor \u00dcberlastung sch\u00fctzt. Koffein ist ein Alkaloid aus der Gruppe der Xanthine und z\u00e4hlt zu den Stimulantien. Es&nbsp;<strong>wirkt anregend<\/strong>&nbsp;und ist unter anderem in Kaffee, Tee, Cola und Energy-Drinks enthalten. Auch in zahlreichen Supplements und Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmitteln f\u00fcr Sportler ist Koffein enthalten, zum Beispiel in Trainingsboostern und Pump-Boostern sowie in&nbsp;<strong>G\u00e9lules<\/strong>&nbsp;zur Fettverbrennung. Als Fatburner im Rahmen einer Di\u00e4t sind reine Koffeintabletten aber nicht geeignet, da das Koffein, welches den Grundumsatz durch Anregung des Metabolismus erh\u00f6ht, allein nicht ausreicht, um die Thermogenese (W\u00e4rmeentwicklung) zu f\u00f6rdern, den Appetit zu z\u00fcgeln, die Aufnahme von Nahrungsfetten zu verlangsamen und den&nbsp;<strong>Stoffwechsel<\/strong>&nbsp;zu erh\u00f6hen. Nur mit Hilfe von Koffeintabletten abnehmen zu wollen, ist also keine gute Strategie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>200mg Koffein pro Kapsel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bei Koffeinmengen ab 150 mg kann eine positive Wirkung auf das zentrale Nervensystem beobachtet werden. Es kommt zu einer Erh\u00f6hung des Gehirntonus und somit zur verbesserten&nbsp;<strong>Konzentrationsf\u00e4higkeit<\/strong>, Speicherkapazit\u00e4t und leichter Euphorie. Koffeintabletten k\u00f6nnen auch effektiv die M\u00fcdigkeit vertreiben, da das Koffein eine kompetitive Hemmung der Adenosinrezeptoren bewirkt. Bildlich gesprochen werden diese Rezeptoren blockiert und die M\u00fcdigkeit kann nicht mehr \u201eandocken\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caf\u00e9ine<\/strong>&nbsp;ist die am meisten konsumierte pharmakologische Substanz auf der Welt und kommt in vielen Pflanzen vor &#8211; nicht nur in der Kaffee-Bohne. Auch der Teestrauch, Guarana, der Mate-Baum oder die Kola-Nuss sowie zahlreiche andere Pflanzen enthalten die Substanz, die allgemein als ein relativ ungef\u00e4hrliches&nbsp;<strong>Stimulans<\/strong>&nbsp;betrachtet wird. Bei \u00fcberm\u00e4ssigem Konsum kann jedoch eine Koffein-Abh\u00e4ngigkeit entstehen und auch eine \u00dcberdosierung ist m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zec+ Koffeintabletten enthalten 200 mg Koffein pro&nbsp;<strong>Kapsel<\/strong>. Eine \u00dcberdosierung, die mit starker Erregung, schnellerem Puls und Magen-Darm-Beschwerden einhergehen kann, kann ab einem Gramm Koffein auftreten &#8211; das w\u00e4ren f\u00fcnf Koffeintabletten \u00e0 200 mg. Die empfohlene Dosierung von einer Kapsel pro Tag sollte dennoch keinesfalls \u00fcberschritten werden. Je nach Zubereitungsart enth\u00e4lt eine&nbsp;<strong>Tasse Kaffee<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00fcbrigens ca. 80 mg Koffein, ein Espresso ca. 40 mg. Vorsicht ist also geboten, wenn bereits koffeinhaltige Getr\u00e4nke konsumiert werden und eine Koffeintablette eingenommen werden soll. Mit der Einnahme der&nbsp;<strong>Koffeintabletten<\/strong>&nbsp;sollte in dem Fall ein bis zwei Stunden gewartet werden. Die Resorption von Koffein erfolgt sehr schnell. Die maximale Konzentration im Blut liegt 15 bis 20 Minuten nach der Einnahme vor.
