Einnahmeempfehlung 
Das PVL Essentials ISO GOLD wird in Getränkeform eingenommen, in Mengen, die von physischer Belastung, Trainingsintensität und Körpermasse abhängig sind. Abhängig von der sonstigen Ernährung wird es ein- bis dreimal täglich eingenommen. 

Getränkezubereitung 
Dissoudre environ 35g dans du lait frais et écrémé (env. 200ml) ou dans de l'eau fraîche (env. 200ml). L'idéal est d'utiliser un gobelet à shake.
